OUR ORGANISATION:
The WELL Centre is a church-based initiative being
established as:
- a not-for-profit organisation committed to serving
the work community. One full-time
Chaplain is currently sponsored by the Anglican Deanery of Reading.
- a solution-based provider of programmes &
services for Work, Economic Life & Living.
OUR MISSION:
The WELL Centre is committed to:
- promoting wholeness and wellbeing at every level of
the world of work and the public sphere of economic life.
- enabling people and organisations to engage
important issues of meaning, value and spirituality in the work context.
- drawing on the wealth of experience and gathered
wisdom from the various Christian traditions represented by the
multi-disciplined delivery team.
OUR PEOPLE:
We are developing a multi-disciplined delivery team
of partners experienced in:
- Pastoral care
- Ministry & Mission
- Training & Education
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Counselling
- Business consulting
- Social Work
OUR VALUES:
The WELL Centre is a learning organisation committed
to:
- developing work patterns and approaches congruent
with its expressed Christian mission and values of human dignity.
- stimulating new insight through regular reflection,
research and public debate.
- engaging and developing active inter-faith
dialogue.
- providing practical solutions and support for
people of all cultures and traditions in the world of work.
- establishing appropriate multi-agency partnerships
to deliver the highest quality of service.
